Before making most of the album, I started on this track. For some reason, I just really wanted a really long, immersive and emotional track as the closer. Really it could be 3 separate tracks, but I feel it does better as its own thing.

This track is about trauma, and trauma ends up being the core underlying message of the album. Without that, this record wouldn't need to exist. The problems that spawned this record would be null and void. It's a bit meta, and a bit existential, but that's how I've been feeling since this whole thing started.
Fog, pain, sleep, fog, pain sleep, fog, pain, sleep. It does a number to a person, as it did to me. You think, a lot, and you have to do a lot to stop those rambling, unnecessary thoughts. The things you do will, often, end up hurting more.
